Mr. Stéphane Ouellette, Founder and President, Colonel John Gardam Lifetime Achievement Award Institute, Her Excellency, Kareen Rispal, Ambassador, French Embassy in Canada, The Honourable Lisa MacLeod, Minister of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries for the Province of Ontario, and Lieutenant-Colonel Eric Angell, Commanding Officer, Lord Strathcona’s Horse (Royal Canadians), commemorated the 103rd anniversary of The Battle of Moreuil Wood.
