For the previously mentioned films, this year’s themes are:
• Forever Young
Initiatory journeys of youth and the transition from adolescence to adulthood.
• Crazy Loving Families
Humour, tenderness and complicated family situations.
• True Heroines
Through incredible, explosive and singular portraits, this section celebrates women and girls who carve out their own destinies.
• French Ghost Stories
A panoply of French ghost stories.
• On the Road
Migrations of women and men fleeing international conflicts.
• Love is love
Films that question love from every angle.
Finally, two thematic sections out of competition complete this film offer.
• Kids Corner
A programme to share the love of French cinema with the youngest viewers thanks to silent animated short films for kids: MAESTRO, DALIA’S WORLD, 028, THE KINDERGARTEN SHOW and A LYNX IN TOWN.
• New Horizons
