EU-Canada Relations and the Emergence of an EU Arctic Policy
The following is a short summary:
At the end of the 1990s, the European Union and Canada showed an interest in developing dialogue and cooperation with regard to their respective Arctic territories. This presentation seeks to study the evolution of these relations.
